FULL payment IS refundable only if you withdraw up to 40 minutes BEFORE the scheduled tournament start time. Beyond that cut-off point, you will be refunded minus a fee of $20 for late cancellation (emergencies aside).

Registration for Friday will close 45 minutes before each scheduled start time. Please be present in the room 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, as we will begin seating and going over the rules and format. There will be a late-registration waitlist if allowed to register after the cut-off time, and an additional $10 to your entry cost.
No-penalty registration for Saturday will close on FRIDAY (11/7) at 9:30pm.
Therefore ALL Saturday costs paid on Saturday will be an additional $15, if you have already participated in a Friday tournament but did not pay for your Saturday games.

We must stay on schedule as much as reasonably possible, therefore paying right before the tournament may not be available to you. Please help the process in advance.
